How To Establish Your Brand

We ran an experiment to explore the influence of consistent flyer distribution: a year-long study within a neighborhood, initially surveying residents to identify the top realtor in their area. Surprisingly, no single realtor emerged as a significant favorite.

This realtor did not exist beyond the flyers; not a single listing in the neighborhood, not a single person has ever met him, yet a monthly flyer to keep in fresh in everyone’s mind shifted the perspective of him drastically.
